The vineyard was planted in 1916 with an Italian field blend of  Zinfandel, Alicante Bouchet, Petite Sirah, Napa Gamay and Chasselas Dore’. The blend creates a distinct richness without being jammy. A full nose of blackberry, boysenberry and black cherry. Juicy acidity with flavors of blueberry, blackberry and boysenberry with notes of raspberry and spice in the long finish. Kathleen Inman’s wines have recently seen a lot of well deserved positive press. An excellent expression of organic Russian River Pinot Noir, light and bright yet powerful. Crisp with only 12.5% alcohol, it offers aromas of cherry, blueberry and raspberry with complimentary spicy notes.
