Excellent wine, Barrell fermented with extended skin exposure. Surprisingly soft tannin structure with beautiful fruit.
Let’s see, what term should I use to describe this wine? I think I’ll go with “WOW!” Great restaurant wine because it is beautiful from the minute the cork pops.
