very dry with hints of peach. Maybe the best Texas Viognier. Pairs very well with Thai and other Asian foods

Excellent wine, Barrell fermented with extended skin exposure. Surprisingly soft tannin structure with beautiful fruit.

Let’s see, what term should I use to describe this wine? I think I’ll go with “WOW!” Great restaurant wine because it is beautiful from the minute the cork pops.
