This sumptuous Chardonnay from Chatom Vineyards opens with a soft nose of baked apples. A round mouth-feel with flavors of ripe apple and pear that give way to flavors of apple pie, cinnamon, ripe citrus and tropical fruits with finishing notes of vanilla Crème Brûlée. 80% stainless steel fermentation creates nice acidity to balance the rich flavors.

A good value Chardonnay, can be found for under $10. Ripe tropical flavors blend with apple and peach with notes of honeysuckle and creamy vanilla. Slightly sweet on the finish.

A leaner style of Chardonnay with 50% oak and 58% malolactic fermentation. Flavors of apple, pear and spice with hints of creme fresh and subtle notes of butterscotch and vanilla. A bit of zippy acidity adds to the food pairing ability.
