A rewarding blend of Dijon clones 115(73%), 777(18%), and 113(9%) from third generation winemakers, Ben and Jake Fetzer. The nose is full-bodied with aromas of plum and strawberry pie with notes of ripe raspberry. Balanced with a very dark crimson color and juicy food pairing acidity. On the palate, flavors of dark cherry, raspberry tartness, oaky toast and strawberry with subtle notes of black pepper on the finish followed by hints of cinnamon. Buy This Wine

Named a “Wineries to watch in 2013” by the Press Democrat, this complex Pinot is one of the reasons why. Produced from Estate fruit, Dijon Pinot Noir clones 113, 115 and 777, aged 11 months in French oak (35% new) and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
