2009 Bernardus Sauvignon Blanc, Monterey County, CA, $16 – Rating 90

Just delicious! Nice tropical flavors of ripe pineapple and Meyer lemon with vanilla crème. Rich and round mouth feel with a touch of minerality and acidity. Barrel aging adds a hint of the buttery without overpowering.
